In Flakeshield, we are committed to achieve the highest standard of HSE achievement and later meeting ours and client aspirations of Goal Zero through our Leadership commitment in delivering key focus areas of Health, Safety and Environment. Thus, our main objectives of NO harm to People, Environment, Assets and Reputations.
As we believe all HSE indicates are preventable and will be focusing on three key areas :
1. Leadership visibility and accountability
2. No harm to worker, staff and people in within the vicinity
3. We will operate and comply with standards, rules and regulations stipulated as to safeguards life, assets and environment

To achieve the Goal Zero Target and our main objective of No Harm to people and to protect our environment in our operation, therefore we foresee the important of our :
1. HSE LEADERSHIP - Leadership plays significant role maintaining high standards of HSE at all times, while driving our HSSE excellence culture forward
2. SAFE WORK CULTURE - Our HSE Plan will be focusing on Minimum Health Management Standard Implementation, embedded a compliance culture by focusing in Personal Safety & Asset Integrated and Learning from Incident (LFI)
3. ENVIRONMENT - All Managers and Team Leaders are HSE Coaches, empower and must reach out to our staff at site in providing coaching in pertaining to hazard awareness and managing risk by using tool such as STOP CARD, TOOLBOX TALK etc. To reinforce our management commitment in achieving Goal Zero Target, the management does not hesitate to utilize the consequence management frameworks to company and staff that is found to have shown contravened company procedures and policies. The management will reward staff/ technicians who have shown proactive and exemplary HSSE work culture
